preparation and coverage of the issues on MCCI strategic development and its current
activity at the Congress, Board Meeting and the Meeting of the Presidium.

LEONID V. GOVOROV
MCCI President. Primarily responsible for the management of the MCCI and its staff,
MCCI cooperation with regional and foreign chambers as well as for representing MCCI in
the authorities.
NIKOLAI Y. KARTASHEV
Director general, responsible for financial and economic activities. Takes over the
MCCI management (planning and control) in MCCI President’s absence.
