Services available to MCCI members

1. the right of free entry to the International Trade Centre and the Central House of Entrepreneurs during events arranged by the MCCI, exhibitions arranged by the All-Russian Exhibition Centre, Culture and Exhibition Centre Sokolniki and Expocentr (after sending a preliminary application to the MCCI);
2. MCCI Discount Card (the Countdown International Privilege Program) with a 3-50% discount in 60,000 Moscow and regional trade and service enterprises (including petrol stations), valid in 34 countries;
3. the right to post a company’s reference data (according to a due form) to the MCCI site;
4. the right to post a company’s reference data (according to a due form) to the integrated business resources of the RF CCI site;
5. the right to post two commercial offers to the MCCI site during a year (the information on the site is available within 30 days);
6. the right to post information materials to ‘The MMCI members’ News’ (up to 10 publications annually);
7. express delivery of the MCCI member’s advertising information to the base address of the MCCI members (once a year, A4 or A5 format);
8. distribution of information materials of the MCCI members at the exhibitions arranged by the MCCI (up to 250 copies during a year);
9. lay-out of information and advertisement materials in the MCCI foyer (up to 250 copies once a year);
10. target-oriented information about the MCCI members’ offers provided to CCIs of the Central Federal District as well as foreign CCIs (once a year, A4\A5 format, no more than one sheet);
11. participation in foreign companies’ presentations and business meetings with the representatives of foreign companies and organizations arranged by the MCCI, except for commercially-based arrangements;
12. participation in round tables, seminars and conferences (according to the MCCI schedule) except for commercially-based arrangements;
13. (to the participating MCCI members) information and support related to national and city business competitions;
14. reference letters to business partners including foreign partners (enterprises that have been MCCI members for 2 years and are certified with the Certificate of a Moscow reliable enterprise);
15. express and email dispatch of current information materials on entrepreneurship development;
16. consultant services on planning and organization of tenders;
17. consultant services on general tendering procedures including the rights and interests protection, given to those who initiate city orders and investors except for the tenders in which the MCCI acts as a specialized organization;
18. a 30% discount on services related to registration in the non-state Moscow Enterprises Register and issuing the Certificates of a Moscow reliable enterprise;
19. a 20% discount on the services of ZAO Mosekspertiza, a closed joint-stock company, trade expertise, goods and services certification, goods identification for customs clearance procedures, identification of a country that exports\imports goods, feasibility study of projects, constructions and electrical facilities for outdoor advertising and information, performance evaluation, design and implementation of management quality systems);
20. a 20% discount on services of the MCCI Logistics and Law Information Centre (miscellaneous logistic services, legal consulting, due diligence, customers’ rights and interests protection, customs clearance services);
21. a 20% discount on services of the Moscow Foreign Economic Association (preparation of export documentation, acceptance reports of export cargo and load of exported cargo, average market prices of goods, confirmation of the goods’ contract prices, preparation of the documents required by the Customs Authorities as well as goods certification;
22. a 10% discount on certain services of the Foreign Economic and Interregional Department (information on companies, visa support, authorization of documents of Russian companies for foreign embassies, translation);
23. a 10% discount on the Moscow Government Organizational and Methodical Centre services related to exhibition activities: design of conceptions for exhibitions, congresses and other business activities, marketing studies, methodical consultations on how to arrange exhibitions, fairs, conferences, congresses, seminars, etc.;
24. a 10% discount on certain services of the Exhibition and Congress Activities Department (set-up of joint and individual stands at exhibitions, preparation of presentations, search for prospective participants in conferences, seminars, etc);
25. a 5% discount on certain services of the Information Policy and Public Relations Department (design of the companies’ individual style, advertising, distribution of the companies’ advertisement banners).
